REMINDER TO CHECK COMPASS FOR UP AND COMING EVENTS

MOTHER'S DAY FETE

Despite the rain and the cold, our first fete in many, many years was a great success. The rain saw a few of the stall holders need to cancel, but all that were able to come reported back to Liz, our wonderful PCC leader, that they had a really positive vibe from our school community and would love to be invited to any further fete's we will run.

It was great to see so many families come down to support the fete, spend some quality time together and maybe even get something nice for their mum.

Liz did an incredible amount of work to get everything organised and planned for the event and without her efforts, it would not have happened. We are so grateful for her tireless work in making every PCC event so wonderful.

The winners of the raffle are

1st Prize- Jo from in the office

2nd Prize- Jack McCormick

3rd Prize- Leanne Jones

4th Prize- Tyler Hutchinson

5th Prize- Sharon, also from in the office!

Congratulations everyone!

Students also learnt that we can make paper out of lots of different things apple core, kangaroo poo, jeans and other paper. They got to make their own paper from recycled paper.
