REMINDERS

All students need to be wearing hats to play outside. They are required, as part of our uniform policy, to take them off inside. We have had a number of students refusing to do this over the last few weeks. Please speak with your child to help them understand that we all must follow our uniform policy, put together by our School Council.

Attendance

Our attendance has dipped slightly compared to last week, but we’re still on the right track! Every day at school helps our students build knowledge, confidence, and strong learning habits — so let’s keep the momentum going.

Remember, our goal is for every student to reach 90% attendance or higher this term, and we’re also celebrating students WHO MAKE GREAT PROGRESS toward that goal.

Colour Run Fundraiser

Information for this year's Colour Run went home with students today.

STEM

The year 1/2 students have been learning how to teach the preps a task in STEM. On Thursday Mirvais, Manveer, Christine, Peyton, Amber, Skye and Lachlan came and taught them jelly slime. Students did a great job at following the instructions and engaging the preps

 Christine said “Yesterday, I taught the preps how to make jelly slime. I taught Georgie, Summer and Ottlie. I liked teaching them and play with the jelly slime.”

 Manveer said “Yesterday I helped the preps with Christine and Mirvais and I helped Sky, Kenzie and Avatia.”
