HANDS-ON LEARNING WORKERS OF THE PAST TWO WEEKS AND TREE PLANTING AT PRINCESS PARK
The Hands-On Learning Group really made a difference last week helping out planting trees down at Princess Park. Feedback from Kylie Hoksin:
"Please let the Hands On Learning kids know that I was very impressed with their behaviour and work ethic yesterday. They used good manners and were friendly and polite. Good effort! They also planted 67 plants in Princess Park. They planted:
Gold dust wattle, silver wattle, spreading wattle, mallee wattle, hedge wattle, golden wattle, creeping saltbush, spiny saltbush, sweet bursaria, river bottlebrush, lemon beautyheads, common eutaxia and grey tussock grass."

Donations Needed For Father's/Special Person's Day Stall
We only have 1 week left for parents to donate items that can be used in our stall. Some ideas:
Crafty items like-
*knitted items *drawings *crocheted items *paintings *diamond dots *beading work *cross stitch items
If you would like to buy something to donate think:
*stationary *bathroom products *kitchen products *toys/books *art products *ceramic items *candles/candle holder *tools *garden items
If you have a small business you could consider vouchers or products from the business. We will advertise your business in the newsletter and on the day of the stall.

We are opening our classrooms for Parents and Carers to come in and see their child's learning. A note has been sent home with an RSVP to come in, but you can also let us know you are coming by filling in THIS form.
