The Dreaming Project
As part of our Reconciliation Week celebrations, students in Grades 4–6 took part in The Dreaming Project—a series of exciting workshops run through Regional Arts Victoria. These sessions with artists Dylan, Viv and Aidan, opened up a whole new world of creativity, giving our students the chance to explore art in new and innovative ways.
Using animation, projection, and green screen filming techniques, students created incredible artworks that blended storytelling with modern media. It was a truly awe-inspiring experience for many, and a chance to express ideas and identity through technology and imagination.
They were supported by Aunty Lisa throughout the workshops, who helped with animal names in Yorta Yorta.
The workshops culminated in a wonderful whole-school showcase. Seeing the students’ work brought together in such a powerful way was not only a highlight of the week, but also a meaningful celebration of Reconciliation—recognising culture, language, creativity, and collaboration.
A huge thank you to Regional Arts Victoria, Dylan, Aidan and Viv, for making this experience possible.
Annual Report To The Community
Our school’s Annual Report is now available on our website. This report provides a clear summary of our achievements, challenges, and key improvement areas over the past year. It’s an important document that helps keep our community informed and celebrates the hard work of our staff, students, and families.
We thank our School Council for their careful review and endorsement of the report. Their support and input help ensure we remain focused on what matters most—providing a high-quality, inclusive education for every student.
