Exciting Adventures for Our Students!
This week, our students from Prep to Grade 4 enjoyed two amazing excursions filled with fun, learning, and discovery!
On Monday, our Prep to Grade 2 students headed off to the Melbourne Zoo. They were thrilled to see lions, giraffes, monkeys, and even butterflies up close! The excitement was contagious as students explored the zoo, asked curious questions, and learned all about different animals and their habitats.
Then on Thursday, it was the Grade 3 and 4 students' turn for an adventure as they visited the Melbourne Aquarium. From sharks and stingrays to jellyfish and of course the crocodile, the aquarium offered a fascinating underwater world to explore. Students loved walking through the ocean tunnel and learning about sea life and how we can help protect our oceans.
Both excursions were not only fun but also rich in learning experiences. A big thank you to our teachers who made these trips possible!
We’re so proud of our students for representing Gowrie Street so well and for their wonderful curiosity and enthusiasm during these memorable outings.
