REMINDER
Morning bell time is 8:45am. It is expected that all students are at school by that time. We have many students coming in late and missing reading time or part of other important lessons.
NAPLAN
We had our Grade 3s and Grade 5s doing Naplan this week. From Wednesday they sat a test Writing, Reading, Language Conventions and Mathematics test. This is a LOT of work, a lot of concentration, a lot of effort. All students who took the tests did an outstanding job. The teachers who supervised them doing the tests have raved about how well they tried, how patient they were and were so impressed with each and every one of them. Next week we will have a celebration for them.
WORLD'S GREATEST SHAVE
I would like to thank all the staff, students and their families for their kind generosity in supporting me and donating to the Greatest Shave. I was very overwhelmed by it all and was able to double my goal.
